Can guests use their specialty dining package for the same restaurant?

Mostly all dining packages allow guests to eat in the same venue as many times as they wish, depending on the length of their package.

Note for Chops + 1 package: You cannot use the package twice in Chops and must pick a different restaurant for the 2^nd dinner.
